What to Say When You Don't Know What to Say....

“What To Say When You Don’t Know What To Say” (Thursday November 19th, 7:00-8:15pm  Doors open at 6:30pm).  This program will provide a space to think about how to comfort and support a family member or friend who receives tragic news.  Sometimes words help and sometimes words are less important than showing compassion and companionship. 

 

The program will be led by Rod Accardi, Director of Spiritual Care Resources at Northwestern Medicine, Central DuPage Hospital and Karen Pugliese, Board Certified Chaplain at Central DuPage Hospital. Doors open at 6:30 pm with refreshments and program begins at 7:00 pm in Millett Hall.
